Train Hard. Train Smart. Train with Community.
Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or you have been training for decades, there is a class here that fits where you are and takes you where you want to go. Our coaches know every member by name, and our group sizes stay small by design so you always get real attention, real feedback, and real results.
To make you genuinely stronger, more capable, and harder to beat.
The backbone of the Golden Era
Push your limits, then recover hard
Strength through stillness
A strong core is the foundation of everything
Targeted circuits combining ab work, anti-rotation training, and athletic conditioning drills. This class builds the deep core strength that carries over to every lift, every sport, and every movement in daily life.
The snatch, the clean, the jerk
Earn your rest the right way
Most of our classes are open to all experience levels. Classic Strength, Yoga Flow, Core and Conditioning, and Stretch and Recover welcome complete beginners. HIIT Training is recommended for those with some fitness base, and Olympic Lifting is our only advanced class requiring prior barbell experience. If you are unsure where to start, speak to a coach before your first session and they will point you in the right direction.
Group classes are included with Gold and Platinum memberships. Bronze members have full access to the gym floor and equipment but not group classes. If you hold a Bronze membership and want to try a class, ask at the front desk about individual class passes.
Yes. Non-members can purchase a single class drop-in pass or a 3-day guest pass to try the facility before committing to a membership. Contact us or stop by the front desk to get set up.
Spots can be reserved through the member app or at the front desk. We recommend booking in advance as class sizes are kept intentionally small to ensure quality coaching. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available on the day.
Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a water bottle. Towels are available to Platinum members or can be rented at the front desk. For Classic Strength and Olympic Lifting, flat-soled shoes or dedicated weightlifting shoes are strongly recommended. Yoga mats are provided for Yoga Flow and Stretch and Recover.
The schedule shown reflects our standard weekly program. Times are subject to change based on member demand and instructor availability. Check the member app or front desk for the most current schedule, especially around public holidays.
