Tulsa Fitness Club

OUR CLASS PROGRAM

Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or you have been training for decades, there is a class here that fits where you are and takes you where you want to go. Our coaches know every member by name, and our group sizes stay small by design so you always get real attention, real feedback, and real results.

Every class at Tulsa Fitness Club is designed with one purpose:

To make you genuinely stronger, more capable, and harder to beat.

We do not chase fitness trends or fill our schedule with gimmicks. Our program is built on the same principles that produced the greatest athletes and physiques of the Golden Era, compound movements, progressive effort, and training alongside people who push you further than you would push yourself.

Our Signature Classes

Classic Strength

The backbone of the Golden Era

Built on the foundational barbell lifts that have produced strong, capable bodies for decades. Squat, press, pull, and deadlift your way to real, lasting strength. No machines, no shortcuts.

HIIT Training

Push your limits, then recover hard

High-intensity intervals combining kettlebell work, bodyweight movements, and conditioning drills. Burn fat, build endurance, and leave every session knowing you gave everything you had.

Yoga Flow

Strength through stillness

A grounding, full-body flow class designed for the hard-training athlete. Build flexibility, improve posture, and recover faster. The strongest lifters have always known that mobility is power..

Core & Conditioning

A strong core is the foundation of everything

Targeted circuits combining ab work, anti-rotation training, and athletic conditioning drills. This class builds the deep core strength that carries over to every lift, every sport, and every movement in daily life.

Olympic Lifting

The snatch, the clean, the jerk

Master the technical lifts that define athletic power: the snatch and the clean and jerk. This advanced class is coached closely, with small group sizes to ensure safe and rapid progression.

Stretch & Recover

Earn your rest the right way

Guided deep stretching, foam rolling, and breathwork to accelerate recovery and prevent injury. Sunday’s class exists because the best athletes know recovery is where progress actually happens.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience to join a class?

Most of our classes are open to all experience levels. Classic Strength, Yoga Flow, Core and Conditioning, and Stretch and Recover welcome complete beginners. HIIT Training is recommended for those with some fitness base, and Olympic Lifting is our only advanced class requiring prior barbell experience. If you are unsure where to start, speak to a coach before your first session and they will point you in the right direction.

Which membership tier gives me class access?

Group classes are included with Gold and Platinum memberships. Bronze members have full access to the gym floor and equipment but not group classes. If you hold a Bronze membership and want to try a class, ask at the front desk about individual class passes.

Can I drop into a class as a non-member?

Yes. Non-members can purchase a single class drop-in pass or a 3-day guest pass to try the facility before committing to a membership. Contact us or stop by the front desk to get set up.

How do I reserve a spot in a class?

Spots can be reserved through the member app or at the front desk. We recommend booking in advance as class sizes are kept intentionally small to ensure quality coaching. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available on the day.

What should I bring to class?

Wear comfortable training clothes and bring a water bottle. Towels are available to Platinum members or can be rented at the front desk. For Classic Strength and Olympic Lifting, flat-soled shoes or dedicated weightlifting shoes are strongly recommended. Yoga mats are provided for Yoga Flow and Stretch and Recover.

Are the class times fixed or do they change seasonally?

The schedule shown reflects our standard weekly program. Times are subject to change based on member demand and instructor availability. Check the member app or front desk for the most current schedule, especially around public holidays.
