What are your hours?

Our members enjoy 24/7 access to the gym!

If you are a guest or need assistance, our staffed hours are:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Where are you located?

You’ll find us right in the action at 314 E 3rd St, Tulsa, OK 74104, right next to Juniper and Fassler Hall. The cross street is 3rd and Elgin!

What equipment do you have?

Think about what the old-school bodybuilders used to sculpt their physiques, add a modern touch, and voilà! We are fully stocked with dumbbells, squat racks, top-tier strength equipment, cardio machines, and much more.

Is there parking?

Yes! First-time visitors get a dedicated parking space. For our members, there is street parking available (Weekday: street parking is free before 8AM and after 5PM.). We also have a partnership with adjacent lots to make handling your parking a breeze.

Do you have locker rooms and showers?

Yes! We have free showers with privacy something like that instead of saying we have everyethign you need (we don't have towels and soap thats what that gives off)

What's included in each membership tier?

We have options tailored to your goals:

  • Bronze: Your essential, basic gym access.
  • Silver: Basic access plus some great bonus perks.
  • Gold: Includes a form of training to take your workouts to the next level.

Note: You can stack add-ons to any membership tier—like unlimited weekday parking, a monthly supplements club, coworking access, and exclusive benefits from our partner companies.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! Guests are welcome during staffed hours, and specific membership tiers even allow you to bring a workout partner up to 10 times a month.

Do you offer personal training?

Oh, yes! We have some of the absolute best trainers in the business ready to help you hit your goals.

Is there a family or couples membership?

Sure is. We have flexible plans designed to serve your whole family or household if needed.

What's the difference between the Bronze, Silver, and Golden Eras?

Membership-wise, these names just represent different levels of benefits in the gym. But historically? Bodybuilding's legacy spans three defining chapters:

  • The Bronze Era (Pre-1950s): Pioneers like Eugen Sandow and George Hackenschmidt introduced the idea of building the body for aesthetics using nothing but barbells and raw discipline.
  • The Silver Era (1960s–70s): Legends like Joe Weider, Larry Scott, and Arnold Schwarzenegger (fueled by Pumping Iron) exploded the sport into mainstream culture and gave it an identity.
